The Vice Deanship for educational and academic affairs coordinates the implementation of the college strategies and mission. Dr. Mansour Mohamed Alajmi has been appointed by the President of Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University as the first Vice Dean for Students’ Affairs in the college.
Among the most important tasks and responsibilities of the agency are:
Assisting the dean in managing the affairs of the college
Follow up on the decisions of the college council
Coordinating the administrative and organizational relationship with the dean, vice deans and heads of college departments, each in his field.
General supervision of the conduct of examinations, in coordination with the academic departments.
Supervising the progress of academic and administrative work and continuous development.
Supervising the implementation of quality controls and program accreditation.
Providing statistics and evidence required for academic accreditation in matters that fall under its supervision, and following up on updating them periodically in coordination with the vice dean for development and quality.
Follow up on the college’s needs of faculty members, administrators and technicians; In coordination with the dean of the college and academic departments.
Submitting periodic reports to the dean of the college on the progress of work.
Supervising the web page of the college website and emphasizing on documenting and publicizing all important events in the college.
