The certificate of completion of the concession year is delivered after the following documents have been submitted:</strong></p>

<p><strong>1. Evaluation forms for all training courses (12 months)</strong></p>
<p><strong>2. A copy of the result of the comprehensive medical entrance exam for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SMLE)</strong></p>
<p><strong>3. Alumni Questionnaire (Deanship of Development and Quality)</strong></p>
<p><strong>4. Alumni Unit Form</strong></p>
