It’s a pleasure to welcome everyone to the main page of the Surgery Department at the College of Medicine, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, which is considered one of the main Academic departments in the college.
The Surgery Department facilitates the teaching process of many courses, which include:
- Surgery -I
- Surgery -II
- Orthopedic
- Ophthalmology
- Emergency and Critical Care Medicine
Those Courses are taught to students based on a modern integrated hybrid curriculum through the clinical years (fourth, fifth & Sixth year). The department is also participating in teaching other colleges in the university (Dental College)
The faculty members in the department participated continuously in academic advising for students and scientific publications in respected journals, which enabled them to get scientific research awards at the university level.
