The Vice Deanship is concerned with organizing work in the college in the female departments and managing its affairs, as required by the interest of the work. Dr. Hanan Ibrahim Al-Omran has been assigned as Vice Dean of the College of Medicine for Female Student Affairs, by a decision of His Excellency the University President.
Among the most important tasks and responsibilities of the agency:
Assisting the dean in managing college affairs with regard to the female section.
Follow up on the decisions of the College Council regarding the female section
Coordinating the administrative and organizational relationship with the dean, vice deans and heads of departments of the college, each in his field of competence
General supervision of the conduct of exams in coordination with the academic departments
Supervising the progress of academic and administrative work and continuous development in the female section.
Supervising the application of quality controls and program accreditation in the female section, in coordination with the competent agent
Providing the statistics and evidence required for academic accreditation within the scope of its supervision, and following up on updating it periodically in coordination with the Vice Dean for Development and Quality.
Following up on the college’s needs for female faculty members and the like, as well as administrators and technicians; In coordination with the dean of the college and academic departments.
Supervising the provision of college requirements for the female section, in coordination with the college agencies and the dean.
Submitting periodic reports to the Dean of the College on the progress of work.
Follow up on updating the college's website with regard to the agency and its affiliated units.
Follow-up the disciplinary issues of female students and submit reports to the concerned authorities
