The Vice Deanship for female students coordinates the implementation of the college strategies and mission in all the matters that concern female students. Dr. Hanan Al Omran has been appointed by the President of Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University as the first Vice Dean for Female Students’ Affairs in the college.
Among the most important tasks and responsibilities of the agency are:
- Assisting the Dean in managing the affairs of the college with regard to the female section.
- Follow up on the decisions of the College Council regarding the female section
- Coordinating the administrative and organizational relationship with the Dean, Vice Deans and Heads of College Departments, each in his field.
- General supervision of the conduct of examinations, in coordination with the academic departments.
- Supervising the progress of academic and administrative work and continuous development in the female section.
- Supervising the implementation of quality controls and program accreditation in the female section in coordination with the concerned Vice Dean.
- Providing statistics and evidence required for academic accreditation in matters that fall under its supervision, and following up on updating them periodically in coordination with the Vice Dean for Development and Quality.
- Follow up on the college’s needs of faculty members, administrators and technicians; In coordination with the dean of the college and academic departments.
- Submitting periodic reports to the Dean of the College on the progress of work.
- Supervising the web page of the female section on the college website and emphasizing on documenting and publicizing all important events in the college.
